Ok. So I know this isn't really a rant, but it was really funny to my family and myself.
So, we were having dinner at a restaurant in France. There wasn't much on the menu, so my parents and myself all ordered hamburgers. We waited for a while, and finally they arrived. But instead of a hamburger coming on buns, it came on two pancakes. That's right. No buns, just pancakes.
It turns out, the French don't have buns with their hamburgers. We figure our waitress heard us speak English and told the chef to put some sort of "breadlike" thing on our patties. Surprisingly, it was pretty tasty.
